- Effective administration of all distribution center safety policies and procedures, while driving continual process improvement
- Coordination and distribution of daily reporting to management team
- Efficient tracking of departmental data linked to specific metrics to drive performance
- Execution of physical counts, monitoring inventory levels to maintain accuracy
- Assistance in all distribution center functions as needed, including receiving, picking, packing and shipping
- Support of operational training, leading by example and abiding in all company policies and procedures
- Able to work 1st Shift hours (Saturday- Wednesday)
- High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
- Mid-level understanding of PKMS Warehouse Management System, including inventory, shipping and receiving functions
- Service-oriented, positive team player
- Flexible and open to extra hours, learning new tasks and working a variety of positions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation
