Showroom Coordinator 156 W. 56th Street, New York , NY

We seek someone who’s proactive, collaborative and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to join our team in New York.

We seek people who:
•	Manage trade show operations including maintaining schedules and ordering supplies, food, beverage, housekeeping and other services
•	Monitor office equipment ensuring functionality and obtaining service when necessary
•	Organize and coordinate details for lunches, meetings and events 
•	Professionally represent our company and brands to all showroom visitors

We seek people with these qualifications:
•	High school diploma or equivalent
•	3+ years office management experience
•	Experience in the footwear or fashion industry a plus
•	Exceptional organizational, analytical & administrative skills
•	Customer service-focused with excellent communication skills
•	Experience in Microsoft Office
