Associate Designer, Bzees 8300 Maryland Ave, Saint Louis , MO

We seek someone who’s highly motivated and creative with a passion for women’s fashion and casual footwear to join our Bzees athleisure design team.

We seek people who:
•	Assist Design team in creating and updating trend storyboards for color, material and silhouette
•	Partner with Designers to choose color palette and materials for each season
•	Collaborate with Sales team to understand customer needs and ensure style and trend research are incorporated into product design
•	Maintain thorough understanding of the brand’s character to design footwear that drives a successful brand
•	Ensure design processes promote speed-to-market and meet milestone dates

We seek people with these qualifications:
•	Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
•	2+ years product design experience in footwear, fashion or related industry
•	Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills
•	Highly driven and proactive with a can-do attitude
•	Strong sketching ability
•	Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
