I was attracted to Allen Edmonds/Caleres by the American made product being made in my backyard. I came on board because of the product, and I have stayed because of the product. Being a part of one of the few shoe manufacturers in USA makes our shoe that much more outstanding. The culture here is that of a big family. A lot of our operations in shoe making rely on each other. Everyone comes together to ensure that the shoe being passed to the next step in the process is the best it can be. We work together from beginning to end.
